Types of Volunteer Opportunities
Serve Off-Site
There are ongoing opportunities to serve at the Street Hope office in Powell, TN throughout the year. These tasks include addressing envelopes, extra office/filing work, prepping for events, etc.
We will also have Garland Oaks needs arise where volunteers can serve from home or off-site.
These opportunities are perfect for someone looking to help as needs arise without a high level of commitment.
Serve At Garland Oaks
There are a number of ways you can serve at Garland Oaks! Please note that there is an extensive application process required to volunteer at Garland Oaks. This process includes:
- Submitting an extensive application,
- Providing 3 references
- Signing a Statement of Faith
- Being interviewed
- Agreeing to a background check
- Going through substantial training
- Committing to serve for 6 consecutive months at a time
